• Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 to 10 business days.
• Custom Orders: These are made to order and can take between 3 weeks to 13 weeks for production before being shipped. Timelines vary based on the complexity of the design.

Once your order is ready, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. If your order contains both ready-to-ship and custom items, they may be dispatched separately.

Domestic Shipping (Canada)

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within Canada. Delivery times vary based on location and carrier schedules. While we aim for timely delivery, delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, carrier disruptions) are beyond our control.

International Shipping

For international orders, we offer a flat shipping rate of $40 CAD. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and customs processing.
