We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer the following return and exchange policies:
- Ready-to-Wear Items: Eligible for returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, in its original condition, and with all tags intact.
- Custom Orders: Final sale—no returns or exchanges will be accepted, as these pieces are made specifically for you.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery by emailing contact@fashefy.com with the following details:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the damaged/defective item
- A brief description of the issue
We will assess the claim and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.
ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Order Modifications & Cancellations: Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified. Custom orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours of purchase due to the production process.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: FASHEFY is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. Please ensure your shipping address is secure.
- Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.
